What can the Power of Intention do for me? If you become clear and focused you can use it to send a coherent signal to the universe as to what you want at the moment. When you do this consistently you can harness a tremendous amount of power to bring your desires into your physical experience. Think of unfocused thought like a 100 watt light bulb, there is a lot of energy that is scattered in all directions but not burning holes through anything.
Now consider if we take that same amount of energy and focus it into a single object – we have a laser. We all know what the power of a laser can do, it can burn a hole through solid steel! A LASER is a device used to concentrate light into a narrow beam of focus. It is often used as a noun. However, it is actually an acronym (Light Amplification by Simulated Emission of Radiation). Only photons (light units) on a specific frequency are emitted in a laser, as opposed to non-coherent light which is scattered or diffused, which are on variable frequencies. Our goal in manifestation of desires is to focus our energy (thoughts, emotions or behaviors) like a laser, on a specific single goal at a time.
If we focus on a single thought or idea for only 17 seconds, clearly and coherently, it reaches combustion point and seeks out like thoughts in a continually evolving pattern. If you do it for 68 seconds at time, then you can supercharge its manifestation into your experience on a much quicker time-frame, as that desire is becoming a dominant thought form in your mind. Modern Quantum Physics experimentation unquestionably shows that thoughts affect matter and can collapse a wave (invisible energy) into a particle (visible energy) by an observer’s attention (thought) to it. Albert Einstein famously called this observed quantum entanglement as “Spooky action at a distance” back in 1935. Indeed we have vast amounts of creative power in that is almost “spooky” in its magnitude if we only were to learn to harness a small part of it. We will discuss a little more about Quantum Physics, Entanglement and Intention Experimentation in a later lesson.
The Manifestation Meditation
What you are learning are scientifically verifiable concepts that are actually built on ancient wisdom of some of our greatest thinkers and cultures our earth has ever known. The line between science and religion is blurring as they are both awakening to our true power as co-creators in our universe. You are learning techniques and concepts that will place you at the cutting edge of wherever you’d like to be or consciously create whatever you’d like to do or have. It’s truly all up to you. Using intention in meditation is the most powerful method known to create and manifest your desires. It has to be done properly (mostly by getting your mind chatter and subconscious programming out of the way first) and it works like magic every time. I recommend following the meditation technique for manifestations: The Manifestation Meditation.
Holding focused intention during meditation while in a state of appreciation is so powerful. When it comes to the 17 second or 68 second rule, each 17 seconds are a breakpoint where you gain benefit by a factor of 10, meaning that you exponentially increase your manifestation capability by increasing your pure thought experiments by 17 seconds. You can start doing it for 17 seconds, then 34, seconds, then 51 seconds, then 68 seconds as you develop the presence of mind to focus on a single thought pattern for the specified amount of time. You can do this many times a day, but it is not necessary. You really need only plant the seed only once if there is no static on your line. I personally do use the supercharging method when I have a dire desire like finding a new place before my current lease expires! It is also best if you can develop a habit of quieting your mind at a specific time or day of the week, and submit your desires to be manifested, because you also invoke the power of ritual which can be a very powerful ally in your corner.
A ritual is an action that has symbolic meaning. It may be private, like taking a lying in bed to plan the day ahead before you get out of bed or public like attending a graduation ceremony. They can enhance our sense of meaning in life (religious or philosophical rituals), they can establish structure (simplify redundant daily tasks), or connect us to a larger experience (birth or wedding). Rituals are founded on actual dynamics. Although rituals might seem to be merely symbolic, they express and convey the energy which is represented by that symbolism. Every ritual (indeed, any activity) possesses an energy which is as “real” as the physical activity which represents that energy, particularly if we consciously experience and direct the energy.
While prayer can be a great tool to help you send your desires out into the cosmos, Meditation can help you become aware of how to achieve those desires. You can say that “Prayer is talking to God, while Meditation is listening to God.” Meditation can help you achieve a clear state of focus as well as provide numerous health benefits (it lowers blood pressure and pulse rate, synchronizes brain hemispheres and increases body and brain oxygenation as well as lowers stress levels). Meditation is a discipline in which the mind is focused on an object of thought or awareness. It usually involves turning attention to a single point of reference. The practice may engender a higher state of consciousness.
Meditation is recognized as a component of almost all religions, and has been practiced for over 5,000 years. (Wikipedia, Internet Encyclopedia.) A good simple meditation is the single candle technique. Take a candle into a dark quiet room where you can sit comfortably one or two feet away from the candle. Light the candle, sit back, and relax. Stare at the candle flame and relax your body and mind. Clear your thoughts and focus them only on the flame. Bring your thoughts to your most important desire and project them into the flame of the candle. Keep your focus only on the flame and your desire. You can do this for 10-20 minutes at a time. Write down any thoughts or mind pictures that come to you as you are doing this meditation that are relevant to attaining your desire.
Another method that I have personally used, and found to be greatly successful is the Manifestation Meeting method. What you would do with this method, is first write down two or three goals that you have that you’d like to manifest into your current reality. Write slowly or you can even type slowly, getting into a pattern of writing and thinking about your desires for at least 17 seconds up to 68 seconds for each desire. Then call a friend or two at the same time and tell them how great it is to have those things in your reality. After you have spoken to them about your goals for 17-68 seconds each, then listen to theirs and see them achieving theirs just as they see you actively in possession of what you want. I have personally seen relationship; career and abundance come to the people who actively use this technique. You can do this with your classmates here, or with friends that are on the same vibrational level, that will not introduce doubt or negativity into your space. Keep your space clean like fire and you will have your desire.
Abraham Hicks
Esther and Jerry Hicks phenomenal work “the law of attraction” books, DVDs and seminars are the foremost authority on how to create what we want by using the laws with focused intention into manifestation. They work like magic and they have them down to a science. I recommend starting with their “Teachings of Abraham” course and learn how you too can manifest your every desire easily. Life's not supposed to be a struggle, if yo'u're struggling your not in vibrational harmony with these laws of attraction.
There is no limit to the number of things you can simultaneously create. When you are just beginning to consciously create your reality, start with focusing on one or two desires that can be easily manifested. It can be like, “I’d like to see some colorful butterflies” or “I’d like to hear from one of my old friends that I haven’t spoken to in a while.” If these things come into your existence, then your confidence in creating your own reality will be updated and you will give yourself a more powerful belief system. The more you play the game, the better you become at it. Eventually you will be able to create unlimited numbers of desires simultaneously. The sooner you start, the sharper the dart, Ready, Aim, Fire!
You can find more information on using “The Power of Intention” by reading about the Intention Experiments by Lynne McTaggart. As a scientist she studies the real life effects of intention in a laboratory setting and conclusively proves that intention can effect matter in a positive way. Check out her book at The Intention Experiment: Using Your Thoughts to Change Your Life and the World
And I would also recommend Wayne Dyer's audio program on how to make your intentions work and to bring the results you desire. His voice is deeply invigorating and will make you want to practice putting intentions into actions that you can get results with. Lynne's work is good to show you that it really works, Wayne shows you how to actually do it. You can get his program here at: The Secrets of the Power of Intention: Live Lecture (6-CD Set)
I got that gift for the the mother concerning Xmas because she is the best jewelry freak. Ones one thing she does not use far out of is actually, bracelets.
